our MOBILE BARS

VINTAGE MOBILE BAR

Our Vintage Citroen H Van, Belle. Set up as a fully stocked bar, with cooled draft lagers and local ciders, local ales, wines, spirits, bubbles and more. We supply everything including all staffing to serve your guests. The van has a barista coffee machine installed so expect the BEST Espresso Martinis and add on a great selection of hot drinks to the hire. For larger events we can add on sections of the rustic bar to create additional serving or individual bespoke bar areas.

RUSTIC MOBILE BAR

Suitable for indoor and outdoor events. Each bar section is hand-crafted and 1 meter in length, fitted with LED lights. We can expand or reduce the size of the bar to suit your event and numbers. We supply everything you need for a quality mobile bar: the bar structures, staffing, alcohol, glasses. The bar will be well stocked with a fantastic range of branded and locally sourced options. Alternatively we can create individual speciality bars serving prosecco, cocktails or a bottle bar.

DIY GIN BAR

Perfect for those on a budget or with smaller event numbers where you want to supply your own bar and stock. Hire our large rustic table, apple crates and 2 x mason jars. You supply your own alcohol, mixers etc as well as your own glasses and provide a free bar for your guests where they can help themselves. We can also hire you the glasses, bar fridges, ice buckets etc if required. We set up at your venue and collect at the end of the event!

PRE-PAID BAR

This is a great option if you don’t want your guests to pay for any of their drinks for the whole event.

Perfect for weddings, corporate events and celebrations.

You choose the drinks you would like us to serve, or give your guests free-range to choose their own. This can be for the duration of the entire event or you can set the times where the free drinks are available – at which point we can switch to a card/cash bar.

CASH & CARD

We supply your event with a fully stocked mobile bar, staffing and sustainable plastic glasses.

Perfect for weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, birthday parties, college and university celebrations, sporting and charity events, festivals and cinema screenings. Any event where you want your guests to buy their own drinks for the duration of the event.

We have several card machines so guests can pay in cash or by card.

MIX OF OPTIONS

Want to provide your guests with a drink or two as they arrive or want to choose a particular drink for free but guests buy everything else themselves? This package is perfect for you and gives the best of both worlds.

Prepay for some of the drinks such as welcome drinks, arrival drinks, toasting drinks, table wine or put a small tab behind the bar to provide the first drink for free. Once done we swap over to the cash and card bar service where guests pay as they go.

We specialise in themed bars. No matter the theme, we tailor everything from our drinks, cocktails, outfits, decoration and signage to suit your event.

Themed bars to date include A Night At The Musicals, The Greatest Showman, Doctor Doctor, Game Of Thrones, Friends, Harry Potter, Pirates of The Carribean, 007/James Bond and of course the ultimate Peaky Blinders Bar.

We design the drinks and create cocktail names, design, create and print off the bar menus as well as theme our outfits and decoration of the bar.
